DIY Valentine's Heart with Crepe Paper Rossettes

I had a friend come over today to make Valentine's type craft! This is what I came up with! It was cheap too!! $1 !! It was so easy! Just took some time..like an hour or so.

Steps:
#1. Cut a large heart out of cardboard.
#2. Take crepe paper ($1 at DollarTree) and roll them up to make rossettes & glue them on the heart (If you don't know how to make a rolled rossette you can find a tutorial HERE)
#3. Once the heart is covered in rossettes you can add some beads or gems for some extra oomph! ;)
#4. Hot glue a ribbon (I used lace ribbon) to the heart so you can hang it up for all to see!
